Developer with German

The software development role involves working across business, processes, and architecture to deliver ready-to-use solutions for clients.

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Gosu or Java, with readiness to learn new technology.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Ability to work in the European Union.

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a supportive yet challenging environment.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies and solutions.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar technologies.

• Implement Guidewire Insurance Suite solutions for international clients.
• Implement and configure one of the Guidewire modules: Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing Center.
• Implement integrations between Guidewire and external systems.
• Depending on your experience, project role and career path, implement, design, test, or provide technical leadership on projects.
• Work directly with clients on the DACH market as an active member of an agile project team.

The ability to work in the European Union is required.
