Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
• Expertise in mobile design patterns, including interactivity, motion, and accessibility
• Portfolio highlighting design patterns and product architecture contributions
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, AI prototyping tools)
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality using AI tools and automation
• Fluency in both Polish and English

• Design simple and beautiful mobile-centric product experiences
• Advocate for the customer’s needs while balancing business goals
• Facilitate and participate in user research and testing, synthesizing insights to evolve the product
• Shape and expand user experience through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes
• Present and communicate concepts and design rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns
• Inspire team and customers by bringing new ideas and defining next-generation mobile interfaces
• Provide guidelines and documentation to support product teams
• Demonstrate experience driving team efficiency or output quality through strategic use of AI tools and automation
