Project Manager (K/M)

Fabrity S.A. is a company based in Warszawa, specializing in software projects with teams collaborating on development, QA, and client management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a software house
• Practical knowledge of the software development process, including project lifecycle, repository work, CI/CD, environments, code review, and testing
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt them to project realities
• Independence and resourcefulness to complete tasks without waiting for instructions
• Strong communication skills and professional client presentation
• Resilience in changing conditions and crisis management
• Meticulousness in maintaining project documentation and data
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for interaction with international clients

• Leading software projects from needs diagnosis to implementation and maintenance
• Daily collaboration with development and QA teams, participating in refinements, planning, and technical discussions
• Maintaining client relations including status updates, scope negotiation, expectation management, and handling difficult situations
• Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Ensuring quality and accuracy of project data in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and internal reporting systems
• Improving the software development process and internal work standards
