• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP SD and MM modules (as Key User, consultant, or specialist)
• Excellent knowledge of sales processes (customer orders, invoicing, deliveries, pricing conditions) and purchasing/material management processes (orders, deliveries, inventory management)
• Understanding of data relationships and flows between SD, MM, and FI/CO modules
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills related to business issues
• Ability to work both in a team and independently

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of ABAP (code reading, debugging) to facilitate cooperation with the development team
• Knowledge of EDI (ORDERS, INVOICE, DESADV)
• Experience with ticket management tools (JIRA)
• SAP certifications in SD/MM area

• Provide ongoing support to business users in the areas of SD and MM modules (problem solving, consultations)
• Analyze and optimize business processes implemented in SAP in sales, distribution, purchasing, and material management
• Configure (customize) SD and MM modules according to business requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team (ABAP) in creating functional specifications for reports, interfaces, extensions, and forms
• Participate in functional and integration tests, prepare test scenarios and documentation
• Manage service tickets
• Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, and system updates (e.g., migrations, upgrades)
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, EWM) on integration processes
