ERP Implementation Consultant / Project Manager

Attomy Sp. z o.o. is a company located in Rzeszów specializing in implementing the Odoo ERP system, which integrates ERP, eCommerce, CRM, production, and AI in one platform. They focus on advanced implementations that go beyond classic ERP projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system implementations
• Experience with at least one ERP system: Odoo (preferred), Comarch XL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, enova365, IFS, or Sage
• Practical experience in ERP system configuration
• Very good knowledge of business processes (sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, accounting or related)
• Experience conducting workshops, business analyses, and working with clients
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and developer tasks
• Good work organization, independence, and responsibility
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2 level)

• Conduct business workshops and client needs analysis
• Map and optimize business processes using Odoo
• Independently configure standard Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc.)
• Prepare functional documentation only for features requiring development work
• Collaborate with the development team on custom solutions
• Test new functionalities and organize project acceptance with clients
• Manage project schedule and coordinate the project team
• Conduct end-user training
• Actively participate in pre-sales processes (workshops, needs analysis, Odoo presentations)
• Build implementation best practices and team work standards
