They offer projects in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The role is for a long-term project with Japan Tobacco / Ploom, a global leader in the heated tobacco sector, focusing on backend development for an e-commerce platform.

• Solid commercial experience as a PHP / Laravel Developer at Strong Mid or Senior level.
• Ownership attitude: proactivity, engagement, and willingness to solve business problems beyond just following specifications.
• Very good knowledge of programming best practices (Clean Code, design patterns).
• Communicative English language skills enabling smooth cooperation in an international environment.
• Openness to transparent communication and active presence during team meetings.

• Independently design and implement backend solutions using PHP and Laravel from start to finish.
• Proactively propose architectural improvements and optimize existing code.
• Maintain high engineering standards through participation in bi-weekly internal technical workshops including code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in daily meetings with camera on.
