Agentic SDLC Senior Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience implementing AI tools supporting software development processes (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, M365 Copilot).
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, prompts, and integrating them with developer ecosystems.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices supported by AI.
• Understanding of concepts like LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Ability to translate business and technical needs into architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Highly developed communication and consulting skills.
• Experience working with large organizations with awareness of security and compliance requirements.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Experience with the MCP protocol.
• Practical knowledge of AI model cost optimization.
• Experience conducting technical workshops and transformation initiatives.

• Design and implement AI agents, workflows, and solutions automating SDLC processes.
• Integrate AI tools with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and testing processes.
• Build and develop solutions supporting developers, testers, and DevOps teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement best practices in AI utilization.
• Conduct technical workshops and support discovery processes.
• Monitor deployment effectiveness and optimize AI model usage.
• Transfer knowledge to product teams through joint solution design, code reviews, and pair programming.
• Support teams in taking ownership of deployed solutions and their further development.
