Product Manager (Poland, Remote)

First Connect Insurance operates a digital marketplace providing independent insurance agents access to over 150 US carriers, including home, auto, commercial, and life insurance products. The company supports tens of thousands of active agents with consumer-grade software to grow their businesses and plans to accelerate growth while ensuring users can work effectively from anywhere.

• At least 4 years experience as a Product Manager.
• Outcome-driven mindset, capable of independent discovery and data analysis.
• Experienced in influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Comfortable with flexible processes including Scrum and Kanban elements.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping.
• Fluent professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Based in Poland with flexibility for afternoon/evening meetings.

Nice to have:

• Experience in scale-up environments.
• Background in B2B marketplaces or insurance industry.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.

• Drive discovery by identifying and defining problems using data, agent conversations, and carrier feedback.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for carrier discovery and access.
• Decide priority problems to solve based on reasoning and evidence.
• Manage the end-to-end Carrier Store marketplace and related workflows across 150+ carriers.
• Coordinate directly with carrier partners and US-based business teams on access and timing.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, and support without formal authority.
• Define, track, and prioritize KPIs such as time from request to access and conversion.
