• Good knowledge of MS Office suite

• Administer the directory service (Active Directory) and teleinformatics systems of the Delegatura
• Manage electronic mail and electronic document circulation systems
• Install and configure software
• Monitor the IT environment
• Create and update technical and administrative documentation
• Provide user support for teleinformatics systems
• Manage software and licenses
• Maintain standard configurations of workstations
• Implement and maintain security measures in accordance with information security policy
• Monitor the correct operation of IT devices, including printing devices
• Administer servers, financial/accounting system databases, and network devices
