Senior Data Scientist

P&G Scaled Data Science Hub in Warsaw works on algorithmic investments across Retail, Media, Digital commerce, R&D, Supply Chain and other domains, impacting over 100k employees and billions of consumers globally. The Hub is part of a global team of 200+ Data Scientists across multiple countries and utilizes the P&G AI Factory platform.

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's/Engineering degree with relevant data science experience
• 4-5 years of production grade Data Science experience across the algorithmic lifecycle
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes
• Proficient coding skills, preferably in Python and Spark
• Strong technical and analytical skills including SQL, optimization, simulation, and predictive modeling
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Big Data ecosystem tools like Databricks, Spark, BigQuery
• Basic understanding of BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
• Experience with Agile DevOps practices and tools like Github, Jira, Confluence

• Partner with product teams and business leaders to understand problems and collaborate with AI & data engineering teams to automate and deploy models
• Develop insights to guide the algorithmic roadmap for your area
• Analyze and model on large datasets such as 1.5TB daily consumer touchpoints
• Answer business questions and propose solutions using machine learning techniques
• Advance understanding of machine learning, statistics, optimization, and GenAI applications
• Build and maintain resilient algorithmic pipelines ensuring impact and value
• Write production grade code following best practices
