Senior C++ Developer

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience developing software within the finance sector
• Proficiency in C++ with hands-on experience in multi-threaded designs for low-latency, complex real-time systems
• Knowledge of DBMS such as MS-SQL, Sybase, or Oracle
• Familiarity with middleware technologies, including IBM MQ and Kafka
• Experience with DevOps practices including managing builds and releases with GitLab
• Understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Azure
• Interest in learning new technologies and adhering to strategic platforms and standards
• Strong communication skills including presentations and technical writing
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure

• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees
• Analyze user needs, develop new features, and implement automated testing and deployment
• Ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions following digital principles
• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes
• Understand and advocate for client needs
• Share knowledge, assist with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities
• Independently support L3 activities when needed
