• Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory.
• Intermediate knowledge of another European language is mandatory.
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Collect and check correctness of lease documents.
• Analyze real estate documents and ensure accurate lease abstraction to client's system/templates.
• Monitor, track, and report on critical lease dates and information (rent free periods, security deposits, prepaid rent).
• Administer and maintain alerts for portfolios.
• Reconcile invoices related to rent, operating expenses, and CPIs; identify potential savings or discrepancies.
• Produce standard and ad hoc real estate reports and research for clients as requested.
• Proactively flag risks and support relevant teams and clients in resolving them.
• Support clients in ongoing requests related to their portfolio.
