Mid/Senior Software Engineer

• Qualification in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with development tools such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Strong expertise in Java and JUnit.
• Knowledge of Spring, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL.
• Experience in frontend development and Angular is an advantage.
• Ability to find pragmatic and innovative solutions with a focus on business value.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, innovative approach.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven personality.
• High communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Implement functional and technical components for the new Sea/Air Logistics System in a continuous delivery environment.
• Ensure quality and long-term maintainability of developed software.
• Contribute to the migration from a Java Swing application to an Angular app, troubleshooting and optimizing existing code.
• Conduct development tests, code reviews, and create unit tests.
• Participate throughout the full development lifecycle from requirements to product delivery.
• Collaborate regularly with the Sea/Air Logistics Team to find technical and functional solutions for feature requests.
• Build efficient and user-friendly solutions with the interdisciplinary product team.
• Analyze and fix system test and production errors.
• Support system maintenance, application rollouts, and operations as part of the development support team.
