Cybersecurity Specialist (Pentesting & ADR Evaluation)

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, application security testing, or pentesting.
• Practical experience with penetration testing of web applications and/or IT systems.
• Knowledge of threat detection, security incident analysis, and application monitoring.
• Experience analyzing logs, alerts, and security tool data.
• Ability to create test scenarios and assess protective mechanism effectiveness.
• Familiarity with application security standards and best practices, including OWASP.
• Skills in preparing technical reports and recommendations for business and technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English to work in an international environment.

• Analyze and evaluate ADR-class tools used for application security monitoring.
• Verify effectiveness of threat, anomaly, and attack detection mechanisms.
• Prepare and perform security test scenarios and attack simulations in controlled environments.
• Validate declared functionalities of tools through practical tests and result assessments.
• Assess solution effectiveness in operational conditions considering detection levels and false alarms.
• Identify security gaps, limitations, and areas needing optimization.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and data generated by security tools.
• Develop reports, recommendations, and conclusions regarding configuration and usage of tested solutions.
• Collaborate with security teams, administrators, and application owners to enhance organizational cybersecurity.
• Support selection process of the best ADR solution based on test results and analyses.
