• Minimum 4 years managing IT teams or projects
• Ability to manage backlog, prioritize, and plan work
• Experience leading meetings and effective communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Practical experience working within Agile methodology
• English language proficiency at B2 level for business and technical communication
• Good knowledge of code review, CI/CD, and quality control practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possession of disability certification

• Manage and organize team work, including task planning, performance evaluation, goal setting, and delegation
• Oversee software development processes and enforce quality standards aligned with industry best practices
• Develop and execute project plans according to business objectives
• Plan Agile sprint workflows, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress
• Verify deliverables for compliance with requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate communication between the team and stakeholders at ERGO Hestia
• Conduct team meetings such as daily, planning, review, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure timely project delivery
• Identify and resolve team conflicts and issues
• Ensure continuity of work and project execution
• Monitor risks and escalate potential problems
• Foster effective cooperation with other company departments towards common goals
