IT Analyst

Axence is a company focused on developing software that streamlines and simplifies IT departments' work and educates about cybersecurity. They deliver solutions for IT departments in Poland and worldwide.

• Systemic thinking, understanding dependencies among requirements, modules, and teams.
• Strong precision in detailing edge cases and questioning "what if" scenarios.
• Responsibility and initiative to deliver assigned tasks.
• Ability to translate complex matters for Backend, Frontend, QA, UX, and PM teams.
• Experience level from junior to mid (e.g., 1–3 years in analysis) or strong drive for analysis.
• Basic knowledge of admin/infrastructure (Windows/AD, networks, protocols, monitoring, security).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent Polish language skills; English at documentation reading level (B1).

• Writing scenarios and edge cases for detailed problem coverage.
• Performing in-depth analyses within existing Axence products.
• Gathering and refining requirements through internal stakeholder communication, analyzing impacts on components and integrations.
• Formulating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with Backend, Frontend, QA, UX, and PM teams during planning, backlog refinement, and task organization.
• Supporting functionality reviews, UAT, and release notes.
• Maintaining concise and up-to-date textual documentation and knowledge base.
• Bringing IT admin perspective regarding networks, systems, and security is welcome.
