CRM Manager

The role is part of the Marketing & Comms team, focusing on customer acquisition and CRM for Revolut Business markets.

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced industry working with B2B products and services
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced SQL skills, able to write complex queries to select and segment campaign audiences from a database
• Experience with experimentation, including designing, running, and reading A/B tests
• Strong grasp of campaign measurement (KPIs, funnel analysis, conversion/activation/retention metrics, impact sizing)
• Track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• Problem-solving mindset

• Experience in the financial industry

• Improve Revolut Business product activation and retention through CRM automation and campaigns
• Lead and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns and projects, from problem scoping to impact analysis
• Coordinate with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to effectively target the right ICPs
• Execute A/B tests to optimize initiatives
• Run queries to select audiences, release campaigns, and analyze results
• Work with in-house comms platforms and tooling to build and improve performance-tracking systems
