Key Duties:

• Monitor the health of production and test systems around the clock
• Respond promptly to production issues and alerts to maintain availability
• Support development of new and existing capabilities for compute, storage, and network services
• Partner with other SRE teams and program managers to deliver mission-critical services
• Execute changes in the production environment through automation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and troubleshoot production issues, providing possible workarounds
• Work with support and development teams to identify and resolve issues and plan integration tasks
• Demonstrate strong system monitoring, issue response, and troubleshooting skills
• Exhibit proficiency in automation for production environment changes
