IT Manager

Bioceltix S.A. is a Wrocław-based biotechnology company developing innovative medicinal products for companion animals, especially dogs and horses. Their therapies are based on proprietary stem cell technology, ensuring high quality and safety. The company operates at the intersection of science and business, aiming to introduce breakthrough therapeutic solutions addressing real veterinary needs. They are currently building a new cGMP-compliant production facility and expanding the technology team responsible for scale-up, technology transfer, and commercial production processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience administrating networks, Windows servers, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and identity management.
• Ability to manage IT projects and collaborate with vendors.
• Independence, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation.
• Communication skills for liaising with business users and translating technology into practical improvements.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-104, MS-102 or related).
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, ISO 27001, NIS2).

• Manage and develop IT infrastructure including servers, network, workstations, and operating systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Act as a Key User for Microsoft 365 by advising users, implementing new functionalities, and promoting effective tool usage.
• Support users in automating work and utilizing tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Planner, and Power Automate.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Ensure IT system continuity, monitor performance and availability.
• Oversee IT environment security, updates, backups, and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with Information Security Officer to meet ISMS requirements and procedural compliance.
• Supervise licenses, computer hardware, and collaborate with IT service providers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and IT procedures.
• Monitor incidents, analyze logs, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding IT processes.
• Train users on secure and efficient use of systems and applications.
