HR Specialist (K/M)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Knowledge of basic IT technologies and roles for effective candidate communication
• Experience in independent sourcing using tools like Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Very good communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working with corporate clients
• Experience working with public sector clients
• Knowledge of the IT market

• Manage full recruitment cycle for IT roles such as developers, QA, DevOps, PM, Data specialists
• Actively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry portals
• Conduct preliminary interviews and verify soft skills
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on candidate profiles and job requirements
• Build and maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment advertisements
• Participate in building employer branding in the IT sector
• Report recruitment status and analyze metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate sources
