Godel Technologies Europe is hiring a Support Analyst for full-time shifts in Poland with offices in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Białystok, and Łódź.
Wymagania
- English proficiency level B2+
- Good analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL data querying
- Comfortable with Windows OS and basic office applications
- General understanding of IT support operations including on-call processes and support levels (L1, L2)
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and software development
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during off-hours
- Previous IT support experience is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience working with JAMS
Obowiązki
- Provide basic IT support during assigned shifts, including out-of-hours
- Monitor JAMS workflows, respond to alerts, analyze flow executions
- Run SQL scripts to assist support operations
- Escalate issues following defined paths (L1, L2) and ensure smooth handovers
- Document incidents and maintain communication within the team
