Senior Integration Manager

Playson is a leading gaming technology company operating in the fast-paced iGaming industry, building products used across multiple regulated markets. They emphasize technology, creativity, commercial expertise, and industry knowledge in their international, ambitious team.

• 3+ years of experience in Integration Management, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP
• Knowledge of webhooks, idempotency, and error handling
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and DNS
• Experience with API security including API keys, OAuth, JWT, request signing (HMAC), and replay protection
• Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools such as ELK, Kibana, or Grafana
• Ability to review, understand, and create technical documentation, including API docs
• Strong analytical thinking to identify root causes in complex systems
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ownership mindset with proactivity, accountability, and delivery focus

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming
• Knowledge of scripting languages

• Own end-to-end partner integrations: kickoff, implementation, testing, and go-live
• Drive multiple integrations in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Act as the main technical point of contact for partners, including engineers and C-level stakeholders
• Lead technical discussions and solution design, ensuring alignment between partner requirements and our platform
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and resolve technical challenges
• Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and push back when needed
• Collaborate with Commercial, Onboarding, and Engineering teams to support business goals
• Ensure successful delivery and provide technical sign-off before go-live
• Contribute to improving integration processes, documentation, and scalability
