• 7+ years in IT Project, Program, Delivery, or PMO Management with hands-on delivery experience
• Strong capabilities in project/program management including planning, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement
• Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking with root cause identification
• Strong business judgment and ability to define meaningful success metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience in change and process management including implementation and adoption
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and complexity
• Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives and transformations
• High ownership, agency, work ethic, and resilience
• Strong business acumen linking PMO initiatives with company objectives
• Understanding of modern project and delivery management approaches
• Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Mentoring ability to raise professional standards

• PMI or equivalent certifications
• Experience with maturity models

• Own complex PMO initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to continuous improvement
• Develop and evolve company-wide project, program, delivery, governance, and cross-functional management practices
• Diagnose systemic delivery and management problems using data and stakeholder input
• Translate problems into pragmatic solutions, implementation approaches, and measurable outcomes
• Lead selected areas of the PMO roadmap ensuring clear objectives and tangible results
• Design and improve governance, decision-making mechanisms, processes, controls, metrics, and feedback loops
• Drive organizational change ensuring adoption and continuous improvement
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve problems and strengthen effectiveness
• Facilitate complex discussions, build stakeholder alignment, and challenge ineffective practices
• Provide targeted PMO expertise and support to delivery organizations and strategic initiatives
• Measure solution effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed
• Contribute to strengthening project and delivery management capabilities through mentoring and training
