AI Adoption & Enablement Lead [K/M]

• Experience in software development environments (e.g., Developer, Analyst, Tester, DevOps, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar).
• Experience implementing AI tools or solutions in IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile team workflows.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting IT teams such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Agentic SDLC, Prompt Engineering, and Spec-Driven Development.
• Ability to design AI workflows and agents supporting software development.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations and generative AI within IT.
• Experience analyzing team needs and translating them into specific technological implementations.
• Ability to conduct knowledge transfer and workshop facilitation.
• Experience creating technical documentation, standards, playbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Skill in analyzing AI tool usage data to support process optimization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-management, good organization, and active monitoring of AI trends.

• Experience implementing new developer tools in large organizations.
• Knowledge of safe and responsible AI usage in regulated environments.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Familiarity with the MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience building standards and governance for AI solutions.
• Participation in IT organizational transformation initiatives using AI.

• Implement AI tools and solutions in IT development teams.
• Configure and integrate AI tools with software development processes.
• Design, build, and improve AI workflows and agents supporting SDLC processes.
• Define standards and best practices for using AI and generative AI tools.
• Provide technical support during AI solution deployment and usage.
• Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions for project teams.
• Create technical documentation, playbooks, standards, and knowledge base materials.
• Analyze AI tool usage and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Identify team needs and select appropriate AI solutions for specific roles and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams, technical leaders, Product Owners, AI Coaches, and stakeholders.
• Support AI competency building and self-sufficiency in teams regarding implemented solutions.
• Monitor AI trends and new solutions and apply them practically within the organization.
