- English language at C1 proficiency.
- Polish language at C1 proficiency.
- Junior experience level appropriate for first line support role.
Obowiązki
- Provide first line technical support and assistance for IT-related issues.
- Handle and resolve incoming support requests efficiently.
- Communicate with users in English and Polish to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Document incidents and solutions accurately in the tracking system.
