Szukamy specjalisty Developer AI do współpracy z naszym klientem, dużą instytucją finansową z sektora ubezpieczeniowego. Projekt dla osób, które chcą pracować na najnowszych technologiach Azure AI i realnie wpływać na rozwiązania GenAI wdrażane na skalę korporacyjną.

• Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w Data Science / AI, w tym rok przy wdrożeniach produkcyjnych
• Biegłość w Python (pandas, scikit learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) oraz SQL
• Doświadczenie w MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Znajomość NLP/OCR i pracy z danymi niestrukturyzowanymi
• Doświadczenie z Azure i GCP
• Znajomość wymogów AI Governance i AI Act
• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (matematyka, informatyka, nauki ścisłe, inżynieria)
• Analityczne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów, umiejętność tłumaczenia zagadnień technicznych osobom nietechnicznym
• Gotowość do pracy z terytorium Polski, hybrydowo min. 3 dni w tygodniu z biura klienta (Warszawa)

• Certyfikaty Azure: DP 100, AI 102, AI 900
• Znajomość branży ubezpieczeniowej
• Narzędzia integracyjne (Kafka, ESB)
• Git, Agile/Scrum

• Projektowanie, tuning i wdrażanie modeli AI/ML oraz rozwiązań GenAI (Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning)
• Budowa i optymalizacja pipeline'ów MLOps/LLMOps (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Integracja rozwiązań AI z ekosystemem ponad 30 systemów w architekturze hybrydowej
• Wdrażanie rozwiązań RAG (Azure AI Search) oraz praca z modelami LLM w Azure OpenAI
• Zapewnienie zgodności z AI Act, w tym dokumentacja modeli, monitoring i obsługa incydentów
• Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi i IT, tworzenie materiałów szkoleniowych, prezentacja wyników
