Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field.
• Expertise in best-in-class mobile design patterns, including interactivity, motion, and accessibility.
• Portfolio highlighting design patterns and product architecture contributions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, AI prototyping and exploration tools).
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams.
• Proven ability to improve team efficiency and quality with AI tools and automation.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

• Design simple and beautiful mobile-centric product experiences.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals.
• Facilitate and participate in user research and testing.
• Shape user experience through flows, architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns.
• Inspire team and customers by bringing new ideas and defining next-generation interfaces.
• Provide guidelines and documentation to support product teams.
• Drive team efficiency and output quality through strategic use of AI tools and automation.
