• Higher technical education, preferably in IT, automation, production engineering, robotics, logistics, production management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of IT/Digital experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of MES systems (e.g., PAS-X, Siemens OpCenter), WMS (e.g., Oracle WMS), labeling systems (e.g., NiceLabel, BarTender) or similar industrial solutions.
• Experience cooperating with ERP, MES, WMS systems and solutions integrating data between IT and OT environments.
• Experience in project work and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define business and technical requirements and translate user needs into digital solutions.
• Ability to analyze technical and process problems and propose effective solutions.
• Independence, very good organization of work, and developed communication skills.
• English language proficiency enabling cooperation with international suppliers and working with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in serialization projects in the pharmaceutical industry (Level 2 and Level 3).
• Knowledge of computerized system validation requirements (GAMP 5, EU GMP Annex 11, FDA CFR Part 11).
• Knowledge of ISA-95 standard and cybersecurity topics.
• Basic programming knowledge and software engineering principles.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Power Query.
• Knowledge of data platform topics.
• Knowledge of IT project and service management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, ITIL, PMI).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to use AI tools in daily work, create effective prompts, and build AI agents.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools and methodologies, e.g., BPMN.

• Implement, maintain, and develop systems supporting production processes, internal logistics, warehousing, and labeling.
• Act as the technical owner of assigned solutions and collaborate with suppliers and Digital/IT teams on projects and problem-solving.
• Collaborate on integrating industrial systems with ERP, MES, WMS, serialization systems, and labeling solutions.
• Define and agree on business, functional, and technical requirements for new solutions and changes in existing systems.
• Coordinate cooperation among production, logistics, engineering, quality, validation, IT/Digital teams, and external suppliers.
• Co-create and update technical, project, operational, and validation documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with GxP and EU GMP Annex 11 requirements.
• Handle issue reports, analyze system problems, cooperate with suppliers, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance and initiate improvements, standardizations, and process automations.
• Manage cooperation with suppliers, monitor work progress, accept results, and support settlements according to agreements and SLAs.
• Support organizational digitalization and use of AI-based solutions.
