IT Project Manager (AI & SAP Transformation)

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management in SAP environments, corporate platforms, or system integrations.
• Experience defining governance, managing RAID logs, and project status reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels including management.
• Experience managing vendors and implementation partners.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe methodologies including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Very good command of English language.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to MVP deployment and pilot.
• Build and maintain project governance, schedule, roadmap, and milestones.
• Coordinate work of business teams, technical teams, and external suppliers.
• Manage collaboration with implementation partners and supervise their deliverables.
• Organize and lead kick-offs, sprint planning, steering committees, and status meetings.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations (RAID management).
• Ensure project compliance with architecture, integrations, and SAP solutions.
• Coordinate testing, business validation, and UAT processes.
• Prepare reports and materials for management and project sponsors.
• Manage budget, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
• Support change management activities and solution adoption.
