Game Designer (Systemic)

The Knights of U is a game development team focused on creating immersive gameplay systems and unique experiences for players, based near the center of Wrocław. The company offers a creative environment with collaborative interdisciplinary teams including Development, Art, and Narrative.

• Good knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Google Sheets/Docs.
• 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer or 2+ years as a Design Lead.
• Experience designing and deploying gameplay systems.
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
• Experience with deployments on Unreal Engine 5.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with RPG games.
• Basic skills in C++, Blueprints, and Data Tables within Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience with Articy software.

• Design, develop, and iterate gameplay systems.
• Support programmers during system implementation.
• Create, manage, and update system documentation.
• Execute design tasks following the project plan, priorities, and requirements.
• Analyze, test, and iterate implemented systems, proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with Development, Art, and Narrative teams in designing and implementing functionalities.
• Support other designers in their systems and responsibilities.
