• Experience in managing various data remediation work streams
• Knowledge of projects
• Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
• Willingness to take ownership of allocated work and hold oneself accountable
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot issues and escalate
• Financial services related qualifications
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Knowledge of root cause analysis

• Remediate data in the Clients and Security Coding systems
• Perform trend analysis and identify root causes
• Implement or suggest solutions based on the root cause analysis
• Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
• Provide tangible metrics to Management
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations and firm policies
