• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role such as IT Support, Helpdesk, or technical support
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and ability to independently diagnose faults
• General knowledge of computer networks
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment with daily operational proficiency
• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems
• Independence and good organization of own work
• Accuracy, systematic approach, and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for daily cooperation with users across various departments and roles
• Valid category B driving license

• Provide ongoing support for approximately 100 users working on computers and other devices
• Handle technical tickets and independently diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Configure and prepare workstations for new and current users
• Replace hardware and migrate work environments to new devices
• Manage user accounts and assign appropriate access rights
• Support basic IT infrastructure and computer networks
• Participate in operational tasks and IT department implementation projects
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel or teams
• Maintain and update hardware inventory and IT documentation
• Work on-site with fixed hours (8:00–16:00)
• Use a company car for work-related trips
