Technical Product Owner - API & Integration Products

NAVTOR is a global leader in maritime technology, providing innovative e-Navigation and performance solutions for the maritime sector. NAVTOR Poland, based in Gdańsk, is the engineering hub with around 40 engineers building software for e-Navigation and fleet performance products.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile software environment
• Strong technical fluency to handle technical requirements and discuss trade-offs with development teams
• Experience owning or specifying API/integration products such as REST APIs and data services
• Hands-on experience working directly with software development teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams and external stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Product Owner certification such as CSPO or PSPO
• Understanding of API design principles, versioning, and data contracts
• Knowledge of the marine/maritime industry

• Own, prioritise and refine the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on the highest-value items
• Define clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria for API, integration, and platform work
• Align with Product Managers at the roadmap level and own backlog prioritisation for assigned products
• Lead Scrum Team events and present outcomes to stakeholders at Sprint Reviews
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment with the product vision
• Identify and manage product risks, including technical debt and changing priorities
