Network Technical Lead - Digital Health Solutions (IVD & MD)

Roche Diagnostics is a division of Roche focused on healthcare breakthroughs, including prevention, diagnosis, and monitoring of diseases. The Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality (PMQ) supports cloud platforms, mobile applications, connected medical devices, and digital ecosystems to ensure product quality and patient safety.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Solid background in healthcare industry (pharma, diagnostics, digital medical devices, In vitro devices) or other regulated domains.
• Extensive experience in software engineering, software architecture, or technical leadership in complex cloud-based and distributed software environments.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.
• Passion for coaching engineers, building technical communities, and mentorship.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Lead the technical community responsible for Roche's Digital Solutions portfolio after market release.
• Provide technical leadership for investigating and resolving complex customer complaints, product quality issues, and patient allegations.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and global affiliates for root cause analysis.
• Enable teams to make technical decisions compliant with quality and regulatory standards.
• Identify and act on trends from field experience and customer feedback to improve product quality, reliability, and patient safety.
• Partner with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and investigation approaches across the chapter.
