Technical Cloud Architect (Azure)

SoftServe is a company with a Cloud & DevOps Practice within the Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE). The team focuses on building innovative cloud services, supporting technical pre-sales, and delivering high-value consulting engagements. The role contributes to developing scalable Azure-based solutions and strengthening the strategic partnership with Microsoft.

• 3+ years of experience designing, architecting, and maintaining complex cloud solutions aligned with the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework
• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and managing core Microsoft Azure services
• 2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or service offering development
• Strong expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes environments for cloud-native applications
• Experience delivering cloud migration and modernization projects to Microsoft Azure using the Cloud Adoption Framework
• Proven ability to design Azure Infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud-native solutions
• Good understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and experience collaborating directly with Microsoft representatives
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Fluent German is considered a strong advantage

• Design, architect, and implement Azure Infrastructure, DevOps, and Hybrid Cloud solutions across multi-cloud and on-premises environments
• Develop repeatable and scalable cloud solutions, packaged service offerings, and Azure Marketplace propositions
• Support technical pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations
• Strengthen and expand the Microsoft partnership through specializations, service delivery programs, and regional initiatives
• Research and evaluate Microsoft and third-party technologies to build new capabilities and innovative service offerings
• Contribute to the growth of the Azure Cloud Practice across regions and industry verticals
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes-based solutions and application modernization initiatives
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins
• Lead migration and modernization projects aligned with Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
• Occasionally travel to collaborate with customers across the US, UK, and Europe
