Lead Data Scientist (Agentic AI + AWS)

SoftServe's AI and Data Science Center of Excellence is a team of 170+ experts including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Architects that delivers advanced Generative AI and agentic solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using agentic and Generative AI tools such as Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and NLP, including transformer models and LLMs.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, and familiarity with multi-agent system design and autonomous decision-making patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud and its products.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers and managing the full ML lifecycle at production scale.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring Data Science or ML teams.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience shaping AI strategies and communicating complex concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Define and drive technical vision for AI initiatives using the latest generative AI and agentic frameworks.
• Advance agentic AI capabilities by designing and implementing multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Foster strong client relationships by identifying opportunities, shaping AI strategies, and translating complex technical concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms, mostly AWS.
• Establish and optimize end-to-end AI development processes, including data pipelines and LLMOps, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide Data Scientists and ML Engineers, embedding best practices in Generative AI and engineering excellence.
• Contribute to thought leadership through technical publications, case studies, and participation in industry events and conferences.
