Senior Business Analyst

Technology industry sector focused role delivering results in a savings bank environment.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment.
• Proven ability to create business cases beyond just user stories.
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of AI use cases in banking.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.

• Creating and prioritizing user stories in close cooperation with specialized departments.
• Developing comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
• Managing stakeholders from both the specialist departments and IT.
• Identifying AI potential within the assigned workstream.

• Onboarding and business travels to Frankfurt, Hannover, or Münster.
• Delivery model focuses on hands-on execution — no architects, strictly delivery-oriented.
• Contract type is freelance/contracting.
• Minimum contract duration until December 31, 2026.
