Delivery Manager IT Operations

CD PROJEKT RED creates revolutionary, story-driven RPGs and shares behind-the-scenes insights on their social media and blog.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project delivery, agile team leadership, or IT operations, including at least 3 years coordinating teams and external vendors.
• Minimum 4 years experience in project management and team coordination with responsibility for delivery in cross-functional product teams.
• Solid experience in project and work delivery.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methods and team transformation.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Proven negotiation and cooperation skills with external companies.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a technical environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver successive iterations aligning with business priorities.
• Negotiate priorities, scope, feasibility, and timelines with Product Owners and the team.
• Coordinate collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on team's quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Identify, raise, and manage project, organizational, technical, and budget risks.
• Remove obstacles to task delivery and support team self-organization.
• Guide transformation related to Agile methodologies and product-team-based ways of working.
• Negotiate cooperation terms, scope, budgets, and contractual documentation internally and externally.
• Manage cooperation with external vendors ensuring follow-through on actions, SLAs, and commitments.
• Respond to escalations, identify cooperation issues, and take actions to resolve them.
