Minimum 5 years of experience designing web and mobile applications supported by an end-to-end design portfolio.
Advanced knowledge of Figma and FigJam.
Practical experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
Documented experience in usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS sufficient to read code, understand developer frameworks, and use AI tools daily (e.g., Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot).

Fluent in Polish and English at minimum B2/C1 level.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research including interviews, usability tests, heuristic analysis, A/B tests, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping (CJM).
Design UI/UX by creating wireframes, interactive prototypes (including HTML/React/Angular), and final web and mobile interfaces.
Develop and maintain Design Systems including tokens, versioning, documentation, and motion.
Perform digital accessibility audits according to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Collaborate with PM/PO and development teams in task estimation, prioritization, preparing design specifications (handoff), and quality assurance of implementations (Design QA).
Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders and implement the latest industry trends.
