Senior Delivery Manager

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with a hands-on technology background (software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting)
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI in delivery and a native-AI mindset
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagements delivery with full P&L accountability
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response ownership
• Experience managing MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, scope, margin, and change management
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders with strong commercial negotiation and account-growth mindset
• Experience in engagement governance, delivery orchestration, and escalation management
• Working knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals and software engineering best practices including CI/CD and testing
• Basic awareness of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, VPs, or senior client stakeholders; lead governance, expectation management, and escalations
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses, partnering with Sales and Solution Architects
• Lead the deal-to-delivery transition, ensuring alignment and executability of SOWs, commercial agreements and delivery plans
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads
• Establish data-driven delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, escalation paths), mitigate risk and manage scope and commercial evolution
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and translate AI-driven gains into competitive RFP and proposal narratives
• Oversee architecture governance, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and client requirements
