Senior Delivery Manager

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background (software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting)
• Practical experience in delivering AI-based solutions or driving AI adoption in SDLC
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagement delivery with P&L accountability, managing 40–50+ FTEs and contracts over $5M
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and pre-sales, including RFP/RFI responses
• Full ownership of MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, including scope and margin management
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders; strong commercial negotiation skills
• Experience with delivery governance, orchestration, and escalation management
• Working knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals and software engineering best practices
• Basic awareness of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2, preferably C1)

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end, including outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance and escalation management
• Lead presales engagements and manage RFP/RFI responses collaborating with Sales and Solution Architects
• Oversee deal-to-delivery transition ensuring alignment of SOWs, commercial agreements, and delivery plans
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads
• Establish data-driven delivery governance including KPIs, reporting, and risk mitigation
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to enhance SDLC efficiency and aid competitive proposals
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring solutions meet client requirements and quality standards
