Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with a technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Practical experience delivering AI-based solutions or driving AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Full ownership of large-scale engagement delivery (40-50+ FTE, $5M+ contracts) with P&L accountability.
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and presales, including RFP/RFI response ownership.
• Experience managing MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, scope, margin, and change management.
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders and strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Governance and delivery orchestration experience, including escalation management.
• Knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals, software engineering best practices including code quality, CI/CD, testing, tooling, and architecture governance.
• Basic awareness of IT delivery security and compliance standards such as data privacy, ISO, and ITIL.
• Experience delivering insurance sector solutions with familiarity of regulatory frameworks like Solvency II, GDPR, and exposure to legacy core systems and data models.
• Excellent written and spoken English with minimum B2 proficiency.

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end, including delivery execution, stabilization, and P&L accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance and escalation management.
• Lead presales engagements and manage RFP/RFI responses, collaborating with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Manage deal-to-delivery transitions ensuring alignment of SOWs, commercial agreements, and delivery plans.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance with KPIs, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and enhance RFP competitiveness.
• Oversee architecture governance to ensure solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.
