Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with a technical hands-on background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting
• Practical experience with AI in delivery or driving AI adoption across SDLC
• Full ownership of mid-to-large scale engagements delivery (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value) with P&L accountability
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and presales including RFP/RFI response ownership
• Experience managing commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and delivery approaches with scope and margin control
• Engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders, strong commercial negotiation skills, and account-growth mindset
• Governance, delivery orchestration, and structured escalation management skills
• Working knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals and software engineering best practices including CI/CD and testing
• Basic awareness of security and compliance standards related to IT delivery (data privacy, ISO/ITIL)
• Experience delivering solutions in the insurance sector with knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Solvency II, GDPR) and legacy core systems
• Excellent written and spoken English at minimum B2 level

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance, expectation management, and escalations
• Lead presales engagements and manage RFP/RFI responses in partnership with Sales and Solution Architects
• Lead deal-to-delivery transition ensuring alignment of SOWs, commercial agreements, and delivery plans
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads
• Establish data-driven delivery governance including KPIs, reporting, escalation paths, risk mitigation, and scope management
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and enhance RFP and proposal competitiveness
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring solutions meet client requirements and quality standards
