Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting
• Practical experience with AI in delivery, driving AI adoption across the SDLC and enhancing RFP competitiveness
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagements delivery with P&L accountability; experience managing and scaling delivery teams
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and pre-sales including ownership of RFP/RFI responses and proposals
• Full ownership of commercial models including MSAs, SOWs, scope, margin, and change management; experience with fixed-price or outcome-based models preferred
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders, commercial negotiation skills, and account-growth mindset
• Engagement governance and structured escalation management skills connecting sales, delivery, and operations
• Knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals, software engineering best practices (code quality, CI/CD, testing, tooling)
• Basic awareness of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery (data privacy, ISO/ITIL practices)
• Experience delivering solutions in insurance with familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II, GDPR, and exposure to legacy core systems and data models
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2)

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, VPs, or senior client stakeholders; lead governance, expectation management, and escalations
• Lead presales engagements and manage RFP/RFI responses, partnering with Sales and Solution Architects
• Lead the deal-to-delivery transition ensuring alignment and executable commercial agreements and delivery plans
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads, scaling from one delivery team to multiple managers
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, mitigate risks, and manage scope and commercial evolution
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and enhance competitive proposals
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring solutions meet client requirements, constraints, and quality standards
