Senior System Analyst (AI-First)

• Completion of at least 5 commercial projects in an analytical role or similar responsibilities.
• Led at least 3 projects independently with direct client contact, analysis planning, workshop facilitation, and final recommendations.
• Ability to translate business needs into logic usable by development teams.
• Practical experience with AI used in daily work beyond basic prompt engineering.
• Ability to use AI tools for data analysis, automation, documentation, prototyping, or tool creation.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Polish language at C2/native level due to work with Polish-speaking clients.
• English language at minimum C1 level for communication with foreign clients.

• Independently conduct client analysis from defining scope and planning to final recommendations.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with key business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify problems, bottlenecks, manual workarounds, dependencies, and areas where the current system does not support business needs.
• Map As-Is processes and design the target To-Be model.
• Verify which elements of the current solution should be developed, rebuilt, replaced, or removed.
• Prepare Business Cases and substantive recommendations for the client.
• Define business rules, dependencies, exceptions, boundary conditions, and workflows.
• Utilize AI tools in daily analytical work for data analysis, documentation, research, automation, and prototyping.
• Create own scripts and small tools to improve work efficiency.
• Profile and analyze data received from the client.
• Develop and use an AI-first workflow including repositories, rules, checklists, and scripts.
• Collaborate with a development team working under a similar AI-first model.
• Manage own responsibility area and make decisions regarding analysis methodology.
• Build direct client relationships and act as a business partner.
• Work on 2–3 projects simultaneously at various stages from analysis and presales to development and growth.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
