Senior Anaplan Model Builder

emagine Polska is hiring for a Senior Anaplan Solution Architect / Model Builder role focused on designing, building, and evolving high performance Anaplan solutions. The position supports a multi-module planning ecosystem that influences over 50% of the company's workforce.

• Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or Senior Model Builder with certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of dedicated Anaplan experience with enterprise planning or financial/sales tech background.
• Strong knowledge of the Anaplan Way methodology and connected planning principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Business acumen and stakeholder management skills engaging with Finance, Sales, and Compensation leaders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Autonomous and adaptable to a fast-changing environment with strong prioritization.
• Experience with FP&A processes and sales compensation/incentive compensation management.
• Understanding of Sales, Revenue Operations or Go-To-Market processes in B2B/SaaS/digital media is a plus.
• Proactive about staying current with Anaplan roadmap, AI trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborative team player with mentoring and knowledge-sharing abilities.

Anaplan Design & Development:

• Design, build and enhance Anaplan models following platform best practices (PLANS, DISCO, UX).
• Translate approved designs into scalable, high-performing Anaplan architectures.
• Manage deployment lifecycles with Application Lifecycle Management tools across DEV, UAT, and PROD.
• Build and maintain data integrations using Imports/Exports, CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect, APIs with CRM, HRIS, and Data Warehouse systems.
• Monitor and optimize model performance and calculation efficiency.
• Design user-friendly UX pages (dashboards, worksheets).
• Apply naming conventions, version control, and governance standards.

Business Requirements Gathering & Translation:

• Lead scoping workshops and specification sessions with Sales, Finance, Compensation, and Revenue Operations.
• Balance stakeholder needs with system consistency, ROI, maintainability, and scalability.
• Define and prioritize user stories and backlogs.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Hypercare including training and troubleshooting.
• Act as trusted advisor translating ambiguous needs into actionable solutions.

Sales Compensation & Planning Expertise:

• Contribute to designing Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation models.
• Support FP&A planning cycles including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance and alignment with finance and HR policies.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Monitor and assess new Anaplan platform features and AI/ML capabilities.
• Propose improvements to business processes.
• Contribute to the Anaplan Center of Excellence sharing best practices.
