Fabrity S.A. is a technology company specializing in software engineering, generative artificial intelligence, and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT). They develop solutions to help enterprises automate processes, increase operational efficiency, and enable key decision-making through effective data analysis. Fabrity uses platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and their proprietary low-code product Fastive. Their clients come from various industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, automotive, and retail.

Must have:

• Practical knowledge of DORA and ability to translate its requirements into IT architecture, technical controls, and operational processes.
• Experience in designing or developing resilience mechanisms: availability, redundancy, backup, disaster recovery, continuity, monitoring, and incident response.
• Knowledge of digital resilience testing methodologies: recovery tests, scenario tests, vulnerability tests, penetration tests, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to build and maintain documentation demonstrating regulatory compliance and control effectiveness.
• Experience in hybrid environments including on-premise infrastructure, cloud, networks, directory services, applications, and integrations.
• Ability to map dependencies among business processes, IT services, applications, data, infrastructure, and suppliers.
• Practical knowledge of information security management and cyber risk.
• Ability to identify, assess, record, and prioritize technological risks.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial, insurance, payment, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Practical knowledge of standards and methodologies: ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27005, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, COBIT, ITIL.
• Experience designing platforms with high availability, multi-region, active-active replication, or fault domain separation.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA.

Architecture of Digital Resilience:

• Design, develop and maintain IT architecture compliant with DORA requirements.
• Define and implement the target IT resilience architecture model.
• Plan and execute development of IT technologies, services, and key platforms.
• Maintain architectural principles, technical standards, and IT environment documentation.
• Drive transformation initiatives in architectural, technological, or organizational changes.

Cybersecurity and IT Risk:

• Analyze and optimize information security and cybersecurity management models.
• Identify, record, monitor, and mitigate technological and cyber risks.
• Establish and enforce security policies for IT services, systems, data, and infrastructure.
• Conduct activities to increase IT environment resilience against threats, failures, and incidents.
• Monitor security compliance, manage nonconformities, and oversee corrective actions.

Collaboration and Responsibility:

• Collaborate with CIO, CTO, CISO, service owners, and management on IT priorities.
• Prepare management materials, reports, operational analyses, and presentations on IT status.
• Facilitate agreements among IT teams, business units, and cybersecurity.
• Coordinate implementation of decisions, corrective actions, and agreed IT commitments.
