Digital Commerce Data Domain Lead

The role is within the Digital & Technology Team (D&T) at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, focused on digitalizing and integrating processes to support Heineken's connected brewery vision. The position is part of the newly established Commerce DevOps Hub, located in Kraków, which develops IT solutions for the Commerce area globally.

• 8+ years of experience in data, sales, or marketing roles
• Proven capability in leading strategic data programs across complex, global settings
• Experience working with global stakeholders and aligning across teams
• Deep understanding of data concepts, data modelling, data governance, and data quality frameworks
• Strong knowledge and experience with data platforms, master data management systems, data quality systems, data modelling, and AI-driven insights
• Good understanding of commercial platforms like CRM systems, Salesforce, and data provider platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)
• Ability to translate business requirements into data specifications
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment in ambiguous environments
• Excellent influencing skills across senior business and technical audiences
• Knowledge of commercial processes within the consumer goods industry
• Higher education (college/university) with sales/marketing or IT background

Preferred:

• Experience with Data and reporting platforms, preferably Data Bricks and PowerBI
• Sales and financial sales processing knowledge in (SAP) ERP

• Deliver the vision and strategy for Commerce Data in HEINEKEN
• Act as strategic integrator across business product owners, local operating companies, and global teams
• Translate business requirements, vision, and strategy into data capabilities
• Drive enterprise transparency and data maturity aligned with local companies
• Shape and prioritize the Commerce Data roadmap and domain-level backlog
• Manage data and business definitions and data model within the Data Domain
• Lead agile delivery of data assets and direct local data stewards to ensure data availability and integrity
• Ensure data quality of KPIs and metrics and lead issue resolution
• Connect with other Data Domain Leads to resolve cross-domain data requirements
• Lead work by data management teams and local operating companies without direct reports
