Technical Support Specialist

• Minimum 2 years commercial experience in L2/L3 Technical Support, Developer Support, or Systems Analysis.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, webhooks, and hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Ability to search, interpret, and trace message journeys through high-volume system logs.
• Ability to read and trace source code, comfortable with Java/JSON environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong skills in translating complex engineering issues into clear business updates.
• Analytical mindset with strong investigative drive.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile ecosystems: Android (Pixel, Samsung, Xiaomi), iOS, or mobile messaging frameworks.
• Basic Java coding skills or ability to implement simple code fixes.
• Experience reproducing complex technical issues on physical mobile hardware.
• Experience providing on-call or real-time support during high-concurrency traffic events or campaigns.

• Investigate, debug, and resolve high-tier technical queries and integration issues using Postman, log analysis tools (Sherlock), and bug tracking systems (Buganizer), aiming to resolve ~90% without escalation.
• Summarize complex log findings and diagnostics into clear business-friendly communications for external partners.
• Take full accountability for issues from triage through resolution or L3 escalation, including reproducing bugs on physical Android/iOS devices.
• Adhere to SLAs for high-priority incidents and provide real-time support during peak messaging campaigns involving up to 2M+ messages.
• Gradually learn to read, trace, and perform simple Java code fixes or scripting to reduce dependency on L3 engineering.
