Wymagania
- 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments
- Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP certification
- Experience in manufacturing environments and/or SAP projects
- Experience leading SAP core modules implementations (SD, MM, PP, LES, FI, CO) or optional modules (WM, QM, PM), SAP roll-outs, intralogistics, warehouse processes, or related ERP hardware is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments
- Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia
- Excellent English (spoken and written)

Obowiązki
- Lead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, plans, budgets, and governance with business stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources, vendors, and implementation partners
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Prepare project reporting and facilitate steering committee decisions
